THE DETAILS

Arrive ready.

The event is the easy part. The traffic, the parking and the drive home afterwards are what wear people out. With chauffeured event transportation, your group meets at one pickup, rides together, gets dropped near the entrance and is collected when it is over. Nobody has to drive, nobody pays for parking and nobody has to leave early to beat the crowd.
Affects Premium Chauffeured Service is based in Noblesville and drives events across Greater Indianapolis, 24 hours a day. Event bookings are billed by the hour, with a 2-hour minimum on weekdays and a 3-hour minimum at weekends, and your chauffeur stays with the vehicle for the whole booking.
02 / 06
We drive fans and concertgoers to Lucas Oil Stadium and Gainbridge Fieldhouse Downtown, Ruoff Music Center in Noblesville, the Nickel Plate District Amphitheater in Fishers, the Palladium in Carmel and Grand Park in Westfield. Your chauffeur drops you as close to the entrance as traffic control allows, and you agree a pickup point for the end of the event so you are not searching for the car in the crowd.
03 / 06
Race day at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway brings hundreds of thousands of people to Speedway, Indiana, and the roads around the track close or turn one-way for hours. A chauffeured vehicle that stays with your group all day is the most comfortable way to do it.
Race-day bookings, including the Indianapolis 500, have a 12-hour minimum. Your chauffeur and vehicle stay with your group from the morning pickup until you are home, so you can leave the track when you choose. We do not offer one-way drop-offs at the Speedway on race day.
The Speedway requires a pre-purchased parking pass for every vehicle entering its lots on race day. Your group provides the parking pass for our vehicle; buy it from the Speedway's ticket office when you buy your race tickets, and tell us the lot when you book.
If your group arranges a police escort through the Speedway, we prefer it and will coordinate with the escort on the day. Tell us when you book so we can plan the timing.
Race-day traffic plans, lots and gate times change from year to year, so check the latest guidance on the Speedway's website before race day, and call (317) 550-1545 to plan your timing with us.

A gala, a fundraiser or a company dinner runs better when guests arrive relaxed and leave safely. We plan arrivals so guests are not all queuing at the door at once, and keep a vehicle on hand for the end of the evening. For a couple's night out or a milestone birthday, see our limousine service.
05 / 06
Build your own tour and we will drive it: a brewery or winery afternoon in Hamilton County, a sightseeing loop of Monument Circle and the Canal Walk for visiting guests, or a day of college visits. There are no fixed packages. You choose the stops, the time at each and the order, and the booking is billed by the hour.
06 / 06
Choose by two numbers: passengers and bags. If the luggage outnumbers the people, go up a size. Every vehicle carries bottled water, phone chargers and Wi-Fi, and child seats are available on request.
More than 14 people? Call us and we will plan several vehicles.
For a single drop-off and pickup at a game or concert, enter the trip on our reservations page, see a quote for each vehicle and pay by credit card. For race day, a tour or a group of more than 14, call (317) 550-1545 and we will build the plan with you. Companies hosting clients at events can set up a corporate account.
