Ground transportation your company can rely on

When a company books travel, the ground leg is often the part nobody owns. Flights and hotels go through a travel policy, while the ride from the airport is left to whichever app the traveler opens first. Corporate car service in Indianapolis closes that gap: a chauffeured vehicle, booked ahead, that collects your people and your guests at a set time and takes them where they need to be.

Affects Premium Chauffeured Service has been based in Noblesville since 2011 and serves companies across Greater Indianapolis, from offices on the US 31 and Meridian corridor in Carmel to the I-69 corridor in Fishers and Downtown Indianapolis. Our fleet is late model: an executive sedan, luxury SUVs and Mercedes-Benz Sprinter vans, every one unmarked and chauffeur-driven. We take bookings and run rides 24/7.

Companies that book regularly can open a corporate account so their travelers and bookers work from one place. The rest of this page covers who books with us, the trips they book, and how the vehicles fit.

Who books corporate car service with us

The person in the back seat is rarely the person who made the booking. We write our process for the people who arrange the ride.

Executive assistants

Assistants book for an executive's whole day: the airport run before dawn, the hop between meetings, the dinner that might run late. They need a booking they can set up once, details they can forward, and someone to call if the schedule moves. Add notes for the chauffeur at booking, and call (317) 550-1545 when plans change.

Travel managers and office managers

Travel and office managers need consistency across many travelers: the same standard of vehicle, the same booking route and a clear record of each trip. Booking through our reservations page shows a quote for each vehicle before the ride is confirmed, which makes it simpler to keep spend in line with policy.

HR and recruiting teams

Recruiting and HR teams use car service to make a good first impression on candidates and new hires, and to move people between hotel, office and dinner without asking them to find their own way around an unfamiliar city.

Common corporate trips around Indianapolis

Visiting clients and guests

When a client flies in, the first person they meet is often their driver. We collect visiting clients from Indianapolis International Airport or their hotel and bring them to your office, then back again. It is a small detail that shows the visit was planned.

Employee airport travel

Employee airport travel is the most frequent corporate booking. Staff heading out from home or the office in Carmel, Fishers, Westfield, Zionsville or Noblesville can be collected with time to spare for IND, and returning travelers can be picked up when they land. Add the flight number at booking: we track every flight, and the chauffeur meets arriving travelers at the bottom of the escalator in baggage claim. For arrival details, see IND Airport Transfers.

Roadshow and meeting days

On a roadshow or a heavy meeting day, one vehicle and one chauffeur can stay with your team from the first appointment to the last. The car waits between stops, bags stay in the vehicle, and nobody rebooks a ride after every meeting. Plan the stops in advance or adjust them on the day.

Offsites, conferences and team events

For offsites and conferences, a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter moves up to 14 people together, so a team arrives at the same time. Events at the Indiana Convention Center, a client dinner Downtown or a team outing to a game at Lucas Oil Stadium or Gainbridge Fieldhouse are typical. Groups larger than 14 can call us to plan several vehicles.

Recruiting visits

For a recruiting visit, we can collect a candidate at the airport, take them to the hotel, then to interviews and dinner, so the visit runs on your schedule rather than theirs.

Corporate account features

Companies that book corporate car service in Indianapolis regularly usually want the administration to be as simple as the ride. Here is what an account includes:

  • Billing that fits your company. Weekly or monthly invoicing, or a credit card on file, depending on the agreement we set up with you.
  • A receipt for every ride, sent as soon as the ride is paid or billed, ready for expense reports.
  • Live tracking for travelers. We can send each passenger a link to follow their chauffeur and vehicle on the way to the pickup.
  • Returning customers can log in to our booking system to book again with saved details.

Every client is a VIP to Affects PCS, whether they ride once a year or every week. To open an account or ask how it would work for your team, visit Corporate Accounts or call (317) 550-1545.

05 / 06

The right vehicle for the trip

Match the vehicle to the number of travelers and the luggage they carry. Every vehicle carries bottled water, phone chargers and Wi-Fi.

  • Executive sedan. The BMW 740i carries up to 2 passengers and 3 bags. The usual choice for a single executive, a visiting client or an employee airport run.
  • Luxury SUVs. The Cadillac Escalade ESV and Chevrolet Suburban carry up to 6 passengers and 6 bags. Good for a small deal team, a roadshow with sample cases, or travelers with heavier luggage.
  • Sprinter vans. The Mercedes-Benz Sprinter carries up to 14 passengers and 14 bags, for offsites, conferences and group arrivals.

Where privacy matters, for example a principal's arrival or a confidential deal team, see discreet business travel: every vehicle is unmarked, and NDAs are available on request.

06 / 06

Booking for your team

We cover offices and homes across Carmel, Fishers, Westfield, Zionsville, Noblesville and Downtown Indianapolis, plus Indianapolis International Airport, with longer trips on request. Carmel and Fishers are where many of our corporate clients are based, and the airport is the most common destination.

To book, open our reservations page, enter the pickup, drop-off, date and time, and see a quote for each vehicle. Add the traveler's name, flight details and any notes for the chauffeur, then pay by card or bill it to your company account. For multi-day programs, roadshows or several vehicles at once, call (317) 550-1545 and we will build the schedule with you. If your company is ready to book regularly, start with Corporate Accounts.
