After the ceremony the car is waiting to take you on. Photo stops are welcome: a park, a downtown backdrop or the courthouse square, wherever your photographer wants you. Add them to your itinerary and the car waits while you shoot. Many couples also use this ride for a few quiet minutes together before the evening begins.
When the sparklers are lit and the guests line the path, your car is at the door to carry you to your hotel or home. Give us the hotel, the ceremony venue and the time guests should be seated, and we set the departure with margin for boarding and the drive. For a larger guest list we can run a Sprinter on a loop between the hotel and the venue, or send two or more Sprinters so everyone leaves at once.
After the ceremony the shuttle carries guests on to the reception. At the end of the night we bring them back to the hotel, in a single late run or in two departures, one for guests who want an early night and one after the last dance. Nobody drives, and nobody is left waiting for a ride home.

Bridesmaids, groomsmen and the people standing up with you keep a different schedule from the rest of the guests: an earlier start, a separate photo session and a set arrival time before the ceremony. Wedding transportation is billed by the hour, with a 2-hour minimum on weekdays and a 3-hour minimum at weekends. There are no fixed packages: you build your own itinerary, with as many stops and photo breaks as the day needs, and the quote follows it.
Every vehicle carries bottled water, phone chargers and Wi-Fi, and child seats are available for young guests on request. Guests aged 21 and over may bring alcohol for the ride, kept in the passenger area and never in the front seat. To keep every vehicle ready for the next booking, we do not decorate vehicles and ask that ribbons, signs and other decorations stay off the cars.

Do you offer wedding packages?
No. Wedding transportation is billed by the hour and you build your own itinerary, photo stops included. Hourly bookings have a 2-hour minimum on weekdays and a 3-hour minimum at weekends.
How many guests can one vehicle carry?
A Mercedes-Benz Sprinter carries up to 14 passengers and 14 bags. The Cadillac Escalade ESV and Chevrolet Suburban carry up to 6, and the BMW 740i up to 2.
What if we have more than 14 guests?
Call us on (317) 550-1545 to plan several vehicles. We can send two or more Sprinters, combine a Sprinter with SUVs, or schedule repeat runs between the hotel and the venues.
Can we stop for photographs between the ceremony and the reception?
Yes. Add the photo stops to your itinerary and the car waits while you shoot.
Can we decorate the car?
No. We keep every vehicle free of decorations so it is ready for the next booking.
