Tell us the full shape of the trip when you book: the pickup time, the destination address, any stops on the way and whether you need a ride back. If you are making a same-day round trip, share the time you expect to be ready for the return so we can plan around it.
When a trip runs overnight or over several days, your chauffeur stays nearby so the car is ready when you are. The chauffeur's hotel room and a daily meal allowance are included in your quote, priced at average retail rates, so there are no surprises on the invoice.
Our chauffeurs follow the federal hours-of-service rules for passenger carriers: no more than 10 hours of driving, and no driving after 15 hours on duty, each following at least 8 consecutive hours off. You can read the FMCSA summary of the hours-of-service rules. On a very long trip we build the rest stops, or an overnight stop, into the plan and tell you before you book.
Tolls and parking along the route are added to your invoice after the trip, at cost.
